Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system architecture and database management. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. - Familiarity with SAP transport management and system upgrades. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
