Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also include problem-solving and decision-making to optimize the software development process and enhance overall system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. - Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
