Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the success of the projects and clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. - Mentor junior team members in SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration techniques. - Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration. - Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes. - Strong understanding of SAP Data Migration methodologies. - Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration tools and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration. - Knowledge of SAP Data Quality Management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration. - This position is based at our office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
