Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also include problem-solving and innovation to continuously improve the software development process and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: oConfigure HxGN EAM to meet business requirements. oCustomize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes. oDevelop and implement Custom Flex Business Rules, EF Script to meet the business requirement. oAnalyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with HxGN EAM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management. oHands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities. oWork closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of EAM and external systems. oWork independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program. Professional & Technical Skills: oMust have Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects oExperience in implementing at least one End to End Implementation Project. oMinimum one EAM migration Project. o4+ years of experience in designing Flex Business Rules. Additional Information: 1+ years of hands on experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least one of the following systems - (EAM Web Services, GIS, Databridge Integration) o Good to have Experience in Extensibility Framework based custom development. oKnowledge of JavaScript and Python Language programming will be preferred.
