Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing. - Experience with various mobile testing frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write and execute test cases and scripts for mobile applications. - Familiarity with performance testing and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
