Summary: The required skill set for this role is primarily focused on Workday Security and Workday Reporting, with an emphasis on Security. The core expertise needed is in Workday Security, as that is the main focus of the role. The responsibilities will cover a full range of security-related tasks, along with some work related to Reporting. Although Core HCM is part of the broader Workday ecosystem, it is secondary to the main requirement of strong Security and Reporting skills. SWS focuses specifically on these two areas, so expertise aligns with the security and reporting needs of the role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with security configuration and role-based access control. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management within Workday. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
