Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and document a technical Architecture guide related to the customer's PLM infrastructure setup and deployment, and the integration of DS Solutions with the customer's current information system. o Share expertise with customer on change management regarding infrastructure processes. o Validate technical prerequisites (software/ hardware) in the customer environment and compliancy with DS products. o Deploy products upgrades and migrate customer information system. o Operate and maintain DS products on customer site. o Taking a leading role in designing and creating code to automate the build and deployment of software systems under development. o Taking responsibility for the maintenance of build and deployment quality, as new systems and capabilities are incrementally deployed. o Architecting and implementing automated Continuous Improvement /Continuous Delivery cloud-based environments. o Identify problems to be solved (from functional and non-functional requirements). o Propose Alternative Architectures, Designs and Standards to Technology Managers. o Create and motivate lead teams to deploy Reference Architectures, Designs & Standards. o Create a consensus and understanding around Reference Architectures, Designs & standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5, V6, CATIA. 1.Must know Admin tools knowledge of 3D Experience. 2.Write installation, operation, and technical migration guides about infrastructure. 3.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Additional Information: 1. Must have 7+ years of experience in installation, configuration 3DExperience. 2. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Willing to work in afternoon & morning shifts. 3. Team player and work closely with other peers. 4. This position is based at our Pune office. 5. A 15 year full time education is required.
