Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the software development process. You will engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance to your team, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with the client's vision and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: -Technical DevelopmentConfigurationIntegration Experience in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX is an added advantage o Ability to design and develop TC custom solution based on requirements. Should have experience in functional role. o Should be able to gather requirements and design/build Teamcenter solutions o Should have past experience in ITK, RAC customization, C/CPP, Java programming. o Should have good understanding of Teamcenter PLM data model. o Should have experience in Workflow designing, Change Managment, Structure Manager, Projects, PLMXML, Access Manager, Saved Queries, Dispatcher, ERP Integration. o Should have experience in source code management tool o TC upgrade experience would be added advantage. o CAD integration related experience would be preferred. Professional & Technical Skills: o Technical DevelopmentConfigurationIntegration Experience in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX is an added advantage o Experience in Teamcenter PLM Solution Design,Teamcenter BMIDE. o Hands on Teamcenter configurations and customizations experience. o Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, all core Teamcenter modules and IPEM CAD integration o Experience on Active Workspace o Work on Agile delivery methodology. o Experience with any ERP integration would be added advantage. Additional Information: o 9-11 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation projects o Assign task for team members and follow-up on closure. o Provide expertise in resolving issues/trouble shooting. o Excellent communication skills o Good team player
