Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the software solutions provided. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, AWS Glue. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
