Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
