Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of software projects and enhancing team performance through effective communication and leadership. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: CORE JAVA should be hands-on and attain good knowledge. - Database knowledge is must. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment. - Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Good to have Spring Boot experience. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
