Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended specifications and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by leveraging your expertise to create robust software solutions that address complex challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Base & Macros. - Strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques. - Experience with application development lifecycle methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAS Base & Macros. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
