Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your technical expertise to design and implement solutions, and ensuring that the software meets the necessary standards and client expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the project while adapting to changing needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Ability to work with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
