Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
