Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
