Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning Apps - Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, batch jobs, and integrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and transaction management to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Security Model and Salesforce Flows. - Practical knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Integration Patterns. - Experience with agile methodologies and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
