Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Experience in integrating APIs and third-party services into applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
