Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team. - Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Strong experience with data pipeline development and management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for data storage and processing. - Ability to work with various data formats and databases. - Experience in implementing data governance and quality assurance practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
