Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing custom software solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices, you will focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions that align with project goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with modern development frameworks and tools for Android. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4.5 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
