Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the evolving requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Strong knowledge of: AWC Implementation and Configuration of Stylesheet, Tiles, Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, Workflows, ACLs. EBOM, MBOM, BOP, BOE, SBOM, Product Configurator Eperience on implementing Easy plan for MBOM Active Workspace configuration and deployment ITK, SOA, RAC customization. Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC). Good to have, CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) T4x integrations (T4S, T4O) or similar middleware. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
