Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are not only functional but also efficient and effective in addressing the requirements of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in existing software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with various test automation tools and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
