Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on application functionality, and oversee the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to SAP GRC. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
