Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application solutions, and ensuring that the applications are aligned with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project progress and team alignment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle SOA BPEL Process Manager. - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture principles. - Experience in application integration and middleware technologies. - Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
