Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable data models. - Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
