Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Conduct testing and debugging of software components to ensure quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to work with databases and data management systems. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Should have good experience in WM/ EWM master data and organizational structure. Should have understanding and knowledge of WM/ EWM picking, packing strategies, inbound, outbound, Physical inventory, interface between IM and WM and RF processes. Should have hands on experience in end-to-end inventory and warehouse management processes like Goods issue, Goods receipt, Vendor, Customer returns, replacement and Yard management
