Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure that the software solutions align with the overall project goals and client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React Native. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
