Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process, ensuring that the team remains aligned with project goals and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Investment Banking. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for ensuring code quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
