Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala, Java Full Stack Development, .Net Full Stack Development, Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development, .Net Full Stack Development, Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of functional programming principles and paradigms. - Experience with frameworks and libraries commonly used in Scala development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scala. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
