Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications are built to meet both functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Deep expertise in frontend and backend development using React, Node.js, or Java - Strong experience in REST API design, microservices architecture, and system integration (e.g. Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+) - Skilled in performance optimization, application scalability and secure design. - Strong understanding of UI architecture and application design principles - Experience with Azure cloud-native applications and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS) - Experience in writing and maintaining unit/integration test. - Proficient in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) - Agile Methodology - Technical leadership and mentoring nice-to-have" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
