Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing custom software solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices, you will focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions that align with the objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS) -Experience with backend development using Java, Node.js, or similar frameworks (e.g. Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+) -Familiar with REST API design, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab) - Familiar with Application design principles -Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker) - Hands-on with JUnit 5 and Postman -Agile methodology -Testing frameworks or DevOps exposure is a plus'" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
