Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are tailored to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications you create align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and requirements. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages. - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks. - Ability to integrate Salesforce with other applications and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
