Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects effectively. You will engage in problem-solving and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of user access management and role-based access control. - Experience in implementing security policies and procedures within SAP environments. - Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices related to SAP security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
