Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, provide guidance to team members, and oversee the implementation of solutions that align with project goals. Your role will also include managing timelines and ensuring that the development process runs smoothly, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: o Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to fulfil specific business needs. o Hands-on experience with CRM, Sales, and Marketing modules o Develop software and design solutions independently to satisfy customer requirements that consider performance and availability o Partner with engineering product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs o Tune performance and resolve availability issues of product or service and its dependencies in production. o Developing code to satisfy complex requirements o Adopt engineering best practices while contributing to the definition of the engineering lifecycle as well as the definition of best practices Professional & Technical Skills: o Hands-on experience in software development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 o Experience in user management and security configuration within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform o Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements, including creating custom entities, workflows, power automate flows and business rules o Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integration with other Microsoft services o Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL with experience in web services (REST/SOAP) o Folid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment using managed solutions o Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and PCF controls etc. o Knowledge/experience in CICD pipeline execution process. o Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based services is advantageous, specifically Azure Functions o Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) o Experience with HTTP and REST architecture Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
