Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Sagemaker. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience with application design and architecture. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Sagemaker. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
