Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. At Career Level 9, AWS DevOps Engineers are expected to bring advanced technical expertise and hands-on experience to cloud infrastructure projects. They are typically responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud deployments, and supporting complex enterprise environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency. - Seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure. - The candidate will work closely with development teams and client Infra team to automate and streamline processes for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). - Responsibilities include managing AWS services, monitoring system performance, and ensuring security best practices. Strong experience in Linux/Unix environments, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is required. The role also involves troubleshooting and improving system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security best practices. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of cloud-based applications. - Proven AWS experience - Strong automation skills in CI/CD with AWS Infra - Excellent troubleshooting abilities - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
