Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. ISTQB tester certification or practical experience in software testing and test automation 2. Basic knowledge of testing methodology 3. Experience in REST API and GUI testing. 4. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. 5. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. 6. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 8. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must Have Skills: Practical experience with Python programming (important) 2. Tools & Frameworks: Experience/knowledge in Robot Framework, Selenium, Jenkins, Python, Appium, Playwright 3. Basic knowledge of software development/programming (object-oriented) (helpful) 4. Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript. 5. Knowledge of Android Studio, Android Cuttlefish, QEMU 6. Familiarity with ADO environment, setup and configuration of Azure VMs and pipelines 7. Linux experience. 8. Knowledge of EE vehicle architecture and practical experience with ECUs Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). 2. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. 3. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field is required.
