Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
