Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud features and functionalities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
