Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with .NET Architecture, Salesforce CRM Analytics, QlikView. - Strong understanding of scripting languages and automation tools. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with application deployment processes and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
