Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also include problem-solving and innovation to address challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product is both functional and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing software solutions for improved performance. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
