Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the software solutions you create. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python on Azure, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Azure AI foundry. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern frameworks and agile practices. - Proficient in designing scalable and high-performing software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
