Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you create align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project alignment and clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
