AI Agent Developer (Azure/LangChain) Job Title: AI Agent Developer / Generative AI Engineer Key Responsibilities: Design and build autonomous AI agent systems that can perform complex, multi-step tasks using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, data chunking, creating embeddings, and indexing on Azure AI Search to ground models with proprietary enterprise data. Integrate AI agents with external business systems, tools, and APIs using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and OpenAPI specifications. Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and manage model invocations to various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) available via Azure OpenAI Service or the Azure AI Studio model catalog. Operationalize AI solutions by deploying models to scalable Azure infrastructure (AKS, Azure ML endpoints) and establishing monitoring, logging, and evaluation tools. Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical AI solutions and ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles and security best practices. Ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of deployed applications, implementing robust testing and debugging procedures. Required Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python. Proven experience with AI agent development frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, specifically Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search. Experience with data processing, vector databases, and RAG architectures. Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python on Azure, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Azure AI foundry. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
