Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - At least one end-to-end S/4 Implementation - Strong hands-on experience in SAP UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and CSS3. - Expertise in OData service development and SAP Gateway. - Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model). - Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Cloud technologies is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements, Flexible Programming Model, and UX best practices. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and extensibility options. - Experience with SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, and SmartForms is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Hands on Fiori Development Experience Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years of full-time education is required
