You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the organization, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve software performance issues. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to drive improvements. - Familiarity with agile development practices and principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
