Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to code and enhance various components across systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also participate in discussions to identify and solve problems, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. - Assist in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
