Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Analyst/SE, collaborate and work within the team to perform various Tasks and resolving tickets. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with different teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to issues for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of production and development systems. - Configure services on various platforms. - Implement technology at the operating system-level. - Troubleshoot issues at both basic and intermediate levels. - Clean and Clear communication. Presentation Skills and engage with client call.. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare vCloud Architecture and Design. Knowledge in Nutanix Platform - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts. - Experience in designing and implementing VMWare vCloud solutions. - Knowledge of server and network areas. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in VMWare vCloud Architecture and Design and Knowledge in Nutanix Platform - This position is based at our Bangalore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
