Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Mentor and guide team members for skill development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP technologies like SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP ABAP Development for HANA cloud, SAP Cloud transport management system and CI/CD cycle. - Design, implementing and supporting SAP BTP solutions as part of CPIT. - Collaboration with different teams/stakeholders, translating requirements/business challenges and develop scalable solutions - Strong proficiency in SAP In-app/Key-User and side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP to support on transformation Journey. - Good understanding of SAP BTP services, security, compliance, and authentication mechanism for specific project context. - Collaboration across teams to integrate SAP BTP with other systems and applications ensuring end to end processes and data flow. - Providing expert guidance to other teams and supporting other project for successful outcomes to oversee activities related to BTP platform and on best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
