Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be essential to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations. - Experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other systems. - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to SAP development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in payroll systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
