Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to manage processes and resources effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly to meet established cost, quality, and delivery targets. You will engage with individuals from development through implementation, fostering a cooperative environment that promotes efficiency and innovation in product development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Expertise in Incentive capabilities of Incentive Compensation- Compensation Plan, Payments Life cycle, integrations and data model extensions - Should have experience in Compensation Plan and Components, Classification and Credit rules, Transaction Process Management, Approvals, Import/Export, Payment Processing, Dispute Management, Draw and Recovery, SOAP/REST APIs, User Defined Queries, Formulas, Reports, Analytics, Flex Fields - Experience with process improvement methodologies - Experience in establishing unified design and documentation standards & guidelines Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
